Pretty friendly people that welcomes you in. The units are new-fashioned, silent with a view of the cemetery on new year's eve. There is a sofa bed, central heating, and a work desk - that's always a plus.

This place was clean and cool with good views of the castle, I loved the traditional decor of the suite and enjoyed the soft bed, work desk, multi-channel television, and seating area.

I liked the hotel, it was wonderful small and clean with nice and unbeatable location in the old town area. Location: the venue was next to the old town center as well as the centre of Banska Bystrica...

This venue was perfect for us, greatly enjoyed our 1 night stay, the personnel were responsive and competent, and made us feel welcome, had supper in a traditional restaurant.

Cool old-fashioned hotel, absolutely breathtaking views at the castle. Outstanding food in the bar for breakfast. The rooms were silent, attentive and excellent staff. Fantastic and absolutely perfect location, just a pleasant stroll away from Banska Bystrica Castle. Walking distance to the bus stop, 5 mins.

The restaurant served delicious local food, and we both enjoyed our meals; the comfortable bed, fridge, seating area, and writing desk were great.

This place has reasonable prices and offers good service at the bar. The rooms are well-equipped, brand-new, with a view of the cemetery, a very comfortable bed, historical design.

This hotel in Banska Bystrica is a real find. the value for money is incredible - you get so much for what you pay. Secondly, the attention to detail is superb, from the historical design of the rooms to the breathtaking views of the old town. And let's not forget the very comfortable beds - a great night's sleep is guaranteed. Lastly, the breakfast spread is top-notch, with the best coffee I've had in a long time.

All was splendid - nothing to complain about.

We were warmly welcomed by friendly staff. The hotel had a beautiful and historic setting, with clean and spacious rooms. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the main plaza. The breakfast was a good deal with delicious espresso coffee. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room under the roof may be challenging for taller individuals, and it would have been nice to have air conditioning or a cooler fan.
